Soft Tissue Therapy

SPORTS AND ADVANCED CLINICAL MASSAGE

I’m passionate about bodywork and always tailor treatments to each client’s needs. I don't believe in a “one size fits all” approach, as what works for one person may not work for another, even with the same condition. Using a variety of techniques, I focus on what will best support your goals, whether for relaxation or clinical recovery. Open communication is at the heart of everything I do, ensuring clients feel at ease and empowered in their recovery journey.Trained in the Jing Method, the UK’s highest qualification in Sports and Advanced Clinical Massage, I have treated a wide range of conditions, including chronic pain, sports injuries (sprains and strains), migraines, anxiety, repetitive strain injuries, fibromyalgia, and more. If you're curious whether I can help with your specific condition, don’t hesitate to reach out.I understand pain is a deeply personal experience, and I work closely with each client to ensure they feel heard, comfortable, and informed.

Nature and Forest Therapy

FOREST BATHING

Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku) is a Japanese practice that began in the 1980s, rooted in the belief that nature can heal and guide us. While the science is still developing, growing research shows that spending time in nature can lower blood pressure, boost the immune system, reduce stress, and improve mood. Forest Bathing allows us to reconnect with nature and ourselves through mindfulness-based activities, fostering both personal healing and community connection.
My guided walks move at a slow, comfortable pace and begin with a short meditation to help us tune into our senses. Activities vary depending on what the environment offers that day, each designed to slow us down, awaken the senses, and invite personal reflection. We close the walk either around a fire with tea or with a simple ceremony in a quiet spot. Forest Bathing is open to all, with no expectations other than kindness and respect. If you have mobility needs or are facing financial difficulty, please don’t hesitate to get in touch — nature is inclusive, and I believe this practice should be too.
Private Events
I offer private sessions for hen dos, corporate wellness days, birthdays, charity events, and more. Each session is tailored to your group’s needs and can include themed activities or fit around other plans you have for the day. Pricing depends on distance, group size, and session length — just get in touch to discuss your ideas.
